IMPORTANT:  Be sure to have ZOOM downloaded onto your phone/desktop/tablet.

 

Having your camera on is optional. So come as you please. No need to get cute for me! :-) 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS AFTER YOU ARE LOGGED INTO THE PORTAL: 

FROM YOUR DESKTOP :

1. Tap on the MENU from the portal, and choose APPOINTMENTS. 

 2. Tap on BOOK APPOINTMENT. Select the Hard Body Hustle and/or Lean & Fit Power Pilates workouts.

 3. Then tap on & book the first available date you plan to attend. You will be auto enrolled into the 6-8 week series.  You can tap on cancel to remove the dates you do not plan to attend so you do not receive notifications.

 

FROM THE MOBILE APP:

1. Tap on the button that says SESSIONS at the bottom of your screen or the CALENDAR.

2, Tap on BOOK APPOINTMENT. Select the Hard Body Hustle and/or Lean & Fit Power Pilates workouts.

 3. Then tap on & book the first available date you plan to attend. You will be auto enrolled into the 6-8 week series.  You can tap on cancel to remove the dates you do not plan to attend so you do not receive notifications.

Alignment Training Access Reinstatement

If two Alignment Training Sessions are missed without cancellation, booking access is automatically paused.

These are structured Body Alignment Training Sessions, not casual fitness drop-ins. While currently offered at no cost, they operate with the standards of small group personal training.

 

To Reinstate Access:

  • Alignment Training Access Reinstatement Fee: $45

  • Reinstatement requires a manual account reset.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

  • Access will be restored once the reset is complete.

Participants receive 2–3 automated text and email reminders before each session. Cancellation requires tapping the link directly from your phone or email.

This policy protects the integrity, structure, and respect of the training environment.
