Hi! I'm Dr. Rox!
I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach with a doctorate in Health Psychology...the study of health behavior change.
I use a root cause based approach and the application of functional nutrition & psychological theory to help my clients obtain and SUSTAIN a healthier body they can be happy naked in!
I do this by focusing on identifying and addressing the ROOT CAUSES of their health struggles, rather than just treating symptoms.
This holistic approach to health and wellness, considers all aspects of my client's lives, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, which can lead to more sustainable and long-lasting improvements in health.
Additionally, my approach is one which embraces personalized and individualized care. As your coach, I will work closely with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs and goals.

All sessions take place virtually, from the comfort of your home, via a HIPAA Compliant Health Portal which uses the Zoom platform.

Additionally, Dr. Rox has worked as a health coach since 2009, but since the start of her career in 1998, she has dedicated her lifes' work to helping individuals change their health behaviors.
This extensive education, training, and work history, paired with her own personal struggles with chronic health conditions have given her an empathetic lens from which she can better relate to and support her clients along the lifelong journey of attaining, and sustaining optimal health despite lifes' twists and turns.

After you sign up for one of the coaching packages above, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with the following:
1) Instructions on forms which MUST BE COMPLETED before our first session
2) How to log in and set up your personal account in my HIPAA compliant health portal called Mindfully Fit where you can communicate with me via chat, upload labs, access all of your materials, track your meals, activity, symptoms, & more!
Note: During sign up you will be prompted to schedule your first 1:1 Intensive Intake Session.
You will receive a welcome message from me via the chat feature in the HIPAA Compliant Mindfully Fit Health Portal where all communication will take place.
I will remind you that all forms need to be completed at least 48 hours before our Intensive Intake Session.
ALL COACHING SESSIONS OCCUR VIRTUALLY, VIA ZOOM, which you also access directly from the HIPAA Compliant Mindfully Fit Health Portal.
After our Intensive Intake Session I will complete and upload your CARE PLAN into the HIPAA Compliant Mindfully Fit Health Portal and we will schedule your first Health Coaching Session.
Your CARE PLAN will include my recommendations, summary of goals, and draft of action steps we will finalize during our first official coaching session.
During our first health caching session we will create a clear game plan for you to achieve your goals.
This session will leave you feeling EMPOWERED with actionable steps to start your health behavior change journey!
You then can begin to use the accountability tracking features in the Mindfully Fit portal/mobile app to support your health behavior changes on a daily basis.
Once your package is over, you can renew it or move to maintenance coaching. You can also add "a-la-carte" sessions, or just walk away empowered and healthier.
